With many years experience of acting for house sellers in the Cornwall Property market we felt there was an amazing opportunity to act for the buyers and tenants instead. During this time we have amassed a huge number of contacts throughout the county from estate agents to gardeners all of which are experienced professionals.
Our Approach
Our service includes an initial consultation to clearly establish your needs in terms of requirements and timescales. We will then start to source suitable properties, many of which won't be currently on the open market. We will provide comprehensive reports and photos/videos which unlike estate agents particulars will show both the positives and negatives. We will organise and accompany you on any viewings and then conduct negotiations on your behalf. Our experience and negotiating skills should ensure you purchase your dream home in Cornwall for the lowest price possible. We will then help to manage the sale through to completion and even hold the keys for you if required.
